Rosematha Construction and Projects was formed in 2007, servicing the commercial, industrial and housing Markets of South Africa. Today Rosematha Construction is one of the emerging construction companies with zeal and aim to do our country pride. The Company is attributed with Construction Board (CIDB) ratings of 7GB PE and 5CE PE, confirming Rosematha’s ability to take on heavy projects in both the general building and civil engineering industries. Rosematha is 100% black-owned and 100% youth, and has been rated as a Level 1 contributor to BEE. The establishment of this business was encouraged and primarily motivated by the desire to contribute in the market of the country. The community involvement and capital they accumulated made them realize the potential to start this kind of business.
